A real example of a vision and its interpretation
Vision Image
This is not a dream per se, but a meditational vision. Nevertheless the symbolism involved are the same.
First the meditator 'saw' a monk... smiling to her. Next she saw a bullock cart on a barren ground. After that she saw a little girl. Next a railway track with the little girl being injured as her heart is bleeding. She is laying at the side of the track...
Symbolism involved (Symbols are highlighted above)
MONK: A spiritual, possibly guiding aspect of self.
BULLOCK-CART: If it is associated as a vehicle, it may denote being relatively primitive. Vehicles symbolise body or vehicle of expression.
RAILWAY: Life Path. Journey of life
Girl: Represents female aspects or qualities of self.
TRACK - Path, road or track: One's journey of life or spiritual path. Path turning right or one walking towards that direction, may indicate that we are on the correct track.
Symbolisms were taken from Dream Diary Assistant full version
The Interpretation
The guide/higher self (which is symbolised as the monk) wants the dreamer/meditator to know this...
Her spiritual expression/life path is progressing a bit too slowly (as symbolised as a bullock-cart/vehicle and railway track). The little girl is a feminine aspect of self, an inner child that needs to be healed.
More often than not, her guidance is indicating that in order to progress along better, she must firstly healed the emotionally hurt child/girl aspect (hurt in the heart). This child aspect has cause her to sidetrack (laying by the side of the railway track)
